One of the companies my team and I have provided extensive services for is MPS (Members Protection Services). Under the company Reztech, my team and I built a web application used by Credit Unions, Auto Dealerships, and Call Centers. MPS is a platform for purchasing various warranties for automobiles such as Mechanical Breakdown, GAP, Auto Essentials, Identity Theft, etc.

The application helps agents walk through the application process with the customers and helps them purchase the plan most suitable for their needs using a simple, intuitive and easy-to-use interface developed using the latest technologies on the web development stack such as AngularJS, HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript, .Net, etc.

The MPS system includes features such as VIN Decoding, Payment processing using E-Check, CC, and public APIs to integrate with various LOS Systems.

While my duties and responsibilities were intertwined throughout the entire project, some of my major responsibilities were to work closely with the clients to gather and refine the requirements, design the User Interface and User Experience, and develop the front end of the application.
